9.Tag - Byron Bay

Byron Bay, einen ganzen Tag lang. Nun, dieser Ort ist die totale Backpacker Hochburg. Ist quasi voll von denen. Ist wohl so ne Art Ex-Aussteiger/Hippie Paradies, das jetzt auf Studentenurlaub macht. Das gute? Alle naselang gibts was umsonst, insbesondere Internet (Was in Australien nicht ganz so günstig ist wie bei uns) um Leute in die Reiseagenturen zu locken.
Wir haben den Headland Walking Track gemacht, was bei dem extrem schwülen Wetter nicht gerade angenehm war, dafür konnten wir den östlichsten Punkt des Australischen Festlands beschreiten. Den Rest des Tages haben wir dann am Strand vergammelt.




Byron Bay, the whole day. Well, this little town is full of backpackers. Apparently it was in earlier days a hippie-paradise that is now specialized in budget holiday. The good thing about it is that every 10m someone offers you free internet for getting people in the 5000 travel angencies.
We did the Headland Walking Track which wasn't the best idea we ever had considering the extreme hot/humid weather. Oh well! But at least we got to the most easterly point of the Australian mainland. The rest of the day we just hung around at a beach in Byron Bay.
