Dann sind wir zur Harbour Bridge gegangen. Eine der großen Attraktionen Sydneys. Eine Klettertour auf selbiger ist aber leider nicht zu bezahlen.
Dann gings (Überraschung) zum Opera House. Schaut beeindruckend aus, reingegangen sind wir aber nicht, die Tour war uns ebenfalls zu teuer :-).
Den Rest des Nachmittags haben wir dann in den Royal Botanic Gardens verbracht. Die Flughundschwärme sind wirklich cool.
Abends gings dann noch ins Imax Kino (Größte Leinwand der Welt, 3D Kino). Wir habens uns Beowulf angesehen. Wenn man den Film in 3D sieht, weiß man warum der so viele sinnfreie Effekte hat (Dinge fliegen auf die Leinwand zu etc.).
Da dies unser letzter Abend in Sydney war, wollten wir noch das Nachtleben testen... aber irgendwie sind wir gescheitert. Zwar waren wir irgendwie da wo was los sein sollte... aber sonst keiner... oh well... das Eis war nicht schlecht.
Sydney sight seeing round 2. In the morning we went to “The Rocks”. That's the oldest part of Sydney. It should have been destroyed but the workers went on strike to prevent it... Well whatever.. it's nice.
We then went to the Harbour Bridge, one of Sydney's biggest attractions. You could even go for climb but when we saw the prices we just turned away...
Then we visited (surprise surprise) the Opera House. It looks pretty impressive but taking a tour is far too expensive so we just walked around and were amazed.
The rest of the afternoon we spent in the Royal Botanic Gardens. They had huge numbers of fruit bats. Oh my god...
In the evening we went to the Imax cinema (biggest screen in the world, 3D) and wanted to try Sydney's nightlife afterwards cause this was our last night in Sydney. Well... we went to the places where there should be something going on at least after the guide. But somehow we struggled to find a nice place to have a beer. So the beer turned into ice cream and the party into going home...
